What Exactly is a Factsheet?
A mutual fund factsheet is a report that brings all important data about a fund into one place. It helps you understand how the fund works, where it invests and how risk it takes.
Key Components of a Mutual Fund Factsheet
NAV (Net Asset Value): NAV is the price per unit of the fund. If NAV is going up the fund value is increasing.. A high NAV doesn't mean it's a better fund.
Investment Objective: Why was the fund created? Growth or capital appreciation Income or regular income generation: Hybrid or a combination of both Always choose a fund that matches your goals like saving for a house or retirement.
